Job Description Grower offers price proposal for each planting season base on Production cost/Competitor price/budget Lead process to negotiate with vendors for preparing Purchase Contracts/ Purchase Orders for Packaging/ Seeds treatment/ Toller/ Others indirect materials… Ensure Purchase Infor Record were maintained in system based on approved price. Coordinate with Multiplication Order team to create Purchase Orders and follow up payment to vendors. Coordinate with Planning/ Marketing/ Vendors for new packaging development process. Lead of yearly vendor audit schedule, improvement plan, quality products & new sourcing development. Qualifications Critical knowledge Bachelor degree is required. Good English communication Critical experience Minimum of 03 years’ work experience in Purchasing/ Procurement. Understand of Seeds production process is preferred Good experience on SAP system Critical technical, professional and personal capabilities Good at data collect & analysis Good at communication Well negotiate & problem solving Additional Information Travel required such as go to Toller/Vendor/Growers for audit/negotiate/discuss… Only open for Vietnamese local candidates

Responsibilities

The Direct Procurement Supervisor manages vendor negotiations, purchase contracts, and purchase orders for packaging and seed treatment materials. They also coordinate with internal teams for new packaging development and lead yearly vendor audits and improvement plans.
