Summary: The Direct Procurement Manager is responsible for executing sourcing strategies and managing suppliers for defined direct spend categories. The role is hands-on and operational, focused on day-to-day procurement excellence, supplier performance, and support of product launches. This role is ideal for a strong practitioner who delivers results within an established framework. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Category & Sourcing Execution Manage assigned direct procurement categories (e.g. packaging, raw materials, components) Execute sourcing activities: RFQs/RFPs, cost analysis, negotiations Support supplier selection for new product development (NPD) and relaunches Ensure alignment with quality, lead time, MOQ, and cost targets Supplier Management & Performance Manage supplier relationships at an operational level Track supplier KPIs (OTIF, quality, lead time, responsiveness) Support supplier performance reviews and corrective action plans Escalate risks and issues proactively Contracting & Compliance Ensure suppliers are contracted using standard templates Coordinate with Legal and Finance on contract execution Ensure compliance with procurement policies and approval processes Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with Supply Chain, QA, Product Development, and Marketing Support product launches by ensuring supplier readiness and capacity Act as Procurement point of contact for assigned categories Continuous Improvement Identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities Contribute to procurement process improvements Maintain accurate supplier and sourcing documentation Experience 5–8 years of experience in Direct Procurement Experience in FMCG, beauty, cosmetics, or consumer goods preferred Exposure to packaging and/or raw materials sourcing Skills Strong negotiation and analytical skills Operationally strong, detail-oriented Comfortable working in fast-paced environments Good stakeholder communication skills Monthly “Self Love Days” – at company discretion Premium Medical/Dental/Vision coverage for employee plus dependents Monthly coaching sessions with our in-house Success Coach Employee discounts on all Huda Beauty products Quarterly product gifting Huda Beauty is committed to building diverse and inclusive teams and upholding an equal employment workplace that is free from discrimination.
