What you'll do Manage High-Intent Leads: Handle organization-generated leads (R3-Direct Repair) with urgency and precision to drive conversion and growth. Property Inspections: Perform thorough roof and property inspections on behalf of insurance carriers and provide clear, professional repair recommendations. Sales Pipeline Management: Own your pipeline from contract to close, ensuring consistent sales flow and high project volume. Deployment Ready: Travel as needed for CAT events or market shifts. When others hesitate, you're on the move. Lead Generation: When lead volume is low, you don’t wait — you create opportunities through self-generation and prospecting. What It Takes 2+ years as a Property Insurance Adjuster or 3-5 years in Insurance Restoration 2-3+ years in direct sales with a track record of hitting and exceeding goals Advanced skills in property damage assessment and roof inspections (8/12 pitch and above) A proactive mindset with strong relationship-building and communication skills The ability to adapt quickly in high-pressure, constantly shifting environments Bonus if you’ve worked both organization-provided and self-generated leads and understand the insurance claims and restoration process like the back of your hand.
