THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re seeking a UK-based Business Development Manager (Direct Sales) to lead strategic sales efforts for our Finance & Accounting (F&A) outsourcing services, with a core focus on South Africa as the delivery hub. You’ll play a key role in building our presence in UK financial services, banking, and fintech markets, while also leveraging our global footprint in Ireland, Philippines, Egypt, Kenya, and Colombia.

• Drive new client acquisition through tailored B2B sales strategies
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles—prospecting to contract closure
• Target mid-to-large financial services firms in the UK
• Build and nurture relationships with C-suite decision-makers
• Position ADEC’s value proposition: nearshore efficiency, global delivery, and sustainable solutions
