ABOUT THE JOB

• Location: Bournemouth
• Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 + Uncapped Commission + Benefits OTE £37,000 - £40,000
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Experience Required: Minimum 1 years in a telephone sales environment
• Reporting To: Direct Sales Director

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Direct Sales Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for prospective borrowers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support throughout the sales process. Working directly with borrowers, the role will focus on managing enquiries, coordinating loan applications, and building strong, lasting relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
