Your challenge You will be placed in our Allianz Trade Türkiye office, within the Department Commercial, in the Direct Sales Channel team, where you will be responsible for Direct Sales Channel Executive. You will be primarily responsible for the following activities: •To achieve portfolio targets through finding new customers based on leads given by Market Management and generate own leads •To follow the customer needs and convert them into profitable long-term relationships •To organize visit plan through different cities for effective time management and efficiency •Apply commercial underwriting standards to ensure profitability and quality of customer portfolio •Identifying target customers in major commercial centers and cities outside of Istanbul, first contact with remote contact and then adding them to the portfolio with a visit for potential prospects You are the ideal candidate if... •Bachelor’s degree •8 to 10 years of sales experience in Export Factoring industry is a plus, commercial bank experience will also be evaluated •Expert knowledge in sales and negotiation skills •Expert know-how in specifics of market •Good skills and background in financial analysis is an asset •Good analytical, problem solving, decision-making and communication skills •Fluency in English, both spoken and written is a must •Good level of MS Office programmes knowledge is an asset We utilize Artificial Intelligence powered tools and encourage candidates with a basic understanding of commonly used platforms, as well as an awareness of best practices and the potential risks associated with AI in the workplace to apply.
