What You’ll Earn Our top Outside Sales Reps consistently earn $65,000–$150,000+ per year through base pay, uncapped commissions, and performance bonuses. Daily Responsibilities Prospect homeowners in assigned neighborhoods Deliver confident, professional sales presentations Customize solutions based on customer needs Overcome objections and close sales Enter activity and sales into our CRM Attend training, meetings, and coaching sessions Represent the company with integrity and professionalism Who We’re Looking For You do not need pest control experience — we train the right people.
