REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in direct sales (home improvement sales highly desirable)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, reliable, and target-driven
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle

THE ROLE

We are looking for experienced sales representatives with a proven track record in direct sales, ideally within the home improvement sector. This is a field-based role, attending pre-booked, qualified appointments – no cold calling required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Attend pre-arranged customer appointments
• Deliver engaging and professional product presentations
• Follow company code of conduct – no pressure selling
• Accurately complete all paperwork and follow compliance procedures
• Build rapport and trust with customers
