JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Direct Sales Representative to join our team here at EBS. You will be responsible for engaging customer prospects to promote and sell our products/services. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and a drive to succeed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in sales or a similar role (preferred roof and wall coatings)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic proficiency with mobile or computer-based reporting tools
• Be able to drive and own a car

• Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes
• Provide feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential improvements
• Participate in sales meetings when required
