THE OPPORTUNITY

Are you a highly motivated and driven sales professional looking for an opportunity with uncapped earning potential? We are expanding our team and seeking two to three dynamic individuals to join us as Full-Time Direct Sales Representatives. This role offers a unique and lucrative compensation plan that directly rewards your hard work and success.

Your compensation includes:

  • A competitive base payment for every qualified appointment you complete.
  • A generous, uncapped commission on every sale you close.

Your income is a direct reflection of your drive to succeed.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of sales experience (B2C preferred).
  • Prior experience generating leads from marketing campaigns.
  • A reliable vehicle and a valid Ontario driver’s license are mandatory.
  • Must be a Canadian citizen or Permanent Resident (Work permits are not accepted for this role).
  • Fluent in English.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in water filtration sales is an asset.
  • A Bachelor’s degree is an asset.
Responsibilities

As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of Swift Home Improvement, building strong relationships with our customers from the initial contact to post-sale care. You will be provided with pre-qualified leads and will also be responsible for generating leads through our established marketing campaigns and in-store presence at Home Depot locations across Canada.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting in-home water quality testing.
  • Presenting our premier line of residential water treatment products to prospective clients.
  • Providing high-level customer service throughout the sales process and with after-sales care.
  • Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships through excellent communication and problem-solving.
  • Properly explaining the installation process and application of our products and services.
  • Submitting all required paperwork and payment processes in a timely and professional manner.
  • Representing the company at events and in Home Depot stores.
