POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Direct Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team in Limerick. As a Direct Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads and closing sales by engaging directly with homeowners. You will play a key role in driving the growth of Swyft Energy by promoting our energy-efficient solar PV solutions and delivering outstanding customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in door-to-door sales or direct sales is preferred but not required; we welcome individuals with a strong desire to succeed in sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasive abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to maximize customer engagement.

    - Familiarity with the energy sector or solar PV solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct door-to-door visits in assigned residential areas to generate leads and promote Swyft Energy’s products and services.
  • Present and demonstrate the benefits of our energy-efficient solar PV solutions to potential customers.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the team.
  • Accurately record and report daily sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies and share best practices.
