This role starts as a cold-call, outside sales position where you'll receive top-tier resources, training, and tools to master the art of business development. REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES: * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to listen effectively and engage with others. * Confident, outgoing, and personable demeanor, fostering positive interactions with team members and clients. * Experience with CRM systems (like Spotio, HubSpot or Microsoft 365). * Team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently as a self-starter. * Strong multitasking abilities, with effective prioritization and time-management skills. * Proficient in operating personal computers and tablets (e.g., iPad). * Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays to hit goals. * Dependable transportation and ability to travel locally as needed. * Ability to pass a criminal background check. EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:  * High School Diploma or GED. * Seeking a long-term career opportunity. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:  * Ability to work comfortably in various outdoor weather conditions * Physically capable of performing tasks that involve walking long distances and enduring extended hours in the Florida sun and heat. Responsibilities
