The Direct Sales Supervisor will serve a critical role for the residential door to door sales team. This position strives to provide support for a team of Direct Sales Representatives in all aspects of the sales process; before, during and after as well as coaching, training and feedback. Further, the DSS will be a selling leader who will be accountable to delivering on sales objectives of their own. The primary objective for the DSS will be to help maintain field activity for their reps, model, teach and coach the sales process and drive results for the organization while assisting the Regional Sales Manager in other prescribed duties of the role.

Ability to always represent oneself and company in a professional and ethical manner
Ability to work cross-functionally with various business departments to support the needs of the business and resolve customer concerns or escalations
Ability to lead a team and provide feedback and coaching on an ongoing basis
Skilled at written, verbal, and in-person communication
Ability to communicate with customers, co-workers, and various business contacts in a professional and courteous manner
Coachable, and willingness to learn and improve sales and communication skills.
Willingness to support and contribute to team members during daily team calls and interactions is important.
Local travel to prospecting locations in your own vehicle. (Mileage allowance is provided.)
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers and various business contacts.
Ability to collaborate with others and work effectively in a team environment
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple work assignments and manage people and projects effectively
Ability to pay close attention to detail
Ability to make sound decisions using information at hand.
Valid river’s license and reliable transportation
