SUMMARY: The Direct Service Advocate ensures that Providence Place delivers a safe and positive experience for the child(ren) and the parents/guardians. Ensures needs are met through engagement focused practices that uphold trauma informed care principles.
EDUCATION:
Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
EXPERIENCE:
Must have at least 1 year in customer service or experience in related field.

CONCEPTUAL/INTELLECTUAL ACTIVITIES & OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
· Emotionally mature and work effectively with persons from various ethnic and social-economic backgrounds and professions in trauma informed manner.
· Flexibility and adaptability to work non-traditional hours to provide client services, to include evenings and weekends.
· Dependable attendance and punctuality are necessary to perform the essential job duties.
