JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify behavioral issues and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions tailored to the individual needs of clients.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including therapists, educators, and healthcare providers, to provide holistic care.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Provide training and support to caregivers and staff on behavioral strategies and interventions.
  • Advocate for clients’ needs within the community and assist in accessing resources.
