Description Job Title: Direct Service Behavior Analyst Compensation: $110-$130 per hour; paid bi-weekly Employment Type: W-2 Part-Time Employee; Non-Exempt Schedule: Varies based on the case Location: This is an in-person role based out of the New York City Metro Application Method: Apply via Paylocity (Click here to view our current list of Open Cases) Role Summary A Direct Service Behavior Analyst is a New York Licensed Behavior Analyst (NY-LBA), Limited Permit Behavior Analyst (LBA-LP) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The Direct Service Behavior Analyst will provide support to individuals and their families by coordinating and providing services in Applied Behavior Analysis, functional assessment and analyses, behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, and adaptive life skills. Behavior Analyst Responsibilities Provide direct 1:1 service with the client in the home or school setting based on case schedule Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans (assessments may include but are not limited to: VB-MAPP, AFLS, SKILLS, and FBAs) Develop, monitor, and adjust treatment and behavior intervention plans, programs, and stimuli as needed for treatment goals Provide services to the individual, family and/or related service providers using evidence-based modalities Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation Complete established number of direct service hours based on caseload Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies Compensation & Benefits Compensation: $110-$130 per hour Employee referral and case-specific bonuses available, with uncapped earning potential. 401(k) retirement plan with employer match Billing, credentialing, scheduling, and intake support Flexible scheduling and telehealth options Professional Reimbursement (for hourly, w-2 employees): A one-time reimbursement of up to $100 per calendar year (Please note: In order to receive this reimbursement, you MUST be in good standing with all HR related documentation.) Access to a comprehensive ABA professional development program at no cost Requirements Behavior Analyst Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted licensure as a Behavior Analyst in New York State and/or Board Certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board Master’s or doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related human services field Successful completion of internship and/or formal training in the analysis of behavior and instructional strategies training related to working with clients who have pervasive developmental disorders and related disorders, their parents, and other agencies working with client Knowledge and experience in developing and implementing Behavioral Intervention Plans and skill acquisition programs (including DTT and naturalistic ABA approaches) for individuals with developmental disabilities and challenging behaviors across the age groups Ability to work with a variety of clients in regard to age, functionality, and with minimal direction Participation in ongoing in-house training and required professional development About Manhattan Psychology Group: Manhattan Psychology Group is a multidisciplinary practice committed to providing compassionate, high-quality, wrap-around care to individuals, families, and communities.
