We’re looking for a Direct Support Manager to join our team! This position’s primary focus is to coordinate and direct operations of our Residential and/or Day Services Program. This includes scheduling of staff, implementing program plans, and coordinating appointments and activities for the individuals served. Demonstrate and train team members to interact with the people we serve in an emotionally supportive and therapeutic manner. Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the residential facility and vehicles, ensuring all living environments and program activities are in compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards Provide guidance and assist with emergency situations on an on-call basis Manage petty cash funds and other financial accounts, as well as the purchasing of groceries and supplies.
