We Are Currently Seeking Direct Support Professionals/BHA Who Are Able to Provide a Life of Possibilities.     Did you know that our benefits start immediately after your completion of training?   About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Direct Support Professional BHA to join our SPIN Team.. As a Direct Support Professional BHA, you will be responsible for providing support to individuals with behavioral health needs in a compassionate and professional manner. Your main goal will be to assist individuals in achieving their personal goals and improving their quality of life. You will work closely with a team of professionals to ensure that the highest level of care is provided to the people we support. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong commitment to excellence and a passion for helping others. Minimum Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent * Driver's license with at least one year of driving experience   * Must be available to attend the 2.5 week hourly paid-training program during the hours of 8am-5pm Expectations:  * Minimum of 1 year's experience working with individuals with co-occurring disorders * Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities * Working experience in crisis intervention, trauma-informed care and positive behavioral support approaches * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Responsibilities: * Provide direct support to individuals with behavioral health needs * Assist individuals in achieving their personal goals and improving their quality of life * Collaborate with a team of professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans * Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment * Ensure that all care is provided in accordance with industry standards and best practices Skills: As a Direct Support Professional BHA, you will use your strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with the people we support and their families. You will also use your problem-solving and critical thinking skills to develop and implement individualized care plans. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be essential in providing the highest level of care to people we support. Additionally, your experience working in a behavioral health arrangement and with individuals with developmental disabilities and co-occurring disorders will be invaluable in this role.
