Enrich and support the lives of our residents while maintaining a safe and healthy environment Provide companionship and personalized care while encouraging independence and self-care. Assist with activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, and eating. Complete medication administration and follow medical protocols. Prepare meals and snacks. Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties. Provide mobility and transfer assistance, which may include using mechanical lift devices. Implement positive behavior supports and de-escalate challenging behaviors when needed. Qualifications What Makes You a Great Fit: Previous experience as a direct support professional or caregiver is preferred Must have a valid driver's license Person-centered focus Dependable, adaptable, flexible Ability to lift and transfer Positive role-model for others and able to work on a team Computer skills for documentation 18 years or older Good communication is key in this role. You'll rely on your reading, writing, and communication skills to document care, follow support plans, and collaborate with both internal and external team members.
