Salary: $19.96 Per Hr. Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Day Program | Full-Time | 40 Hours Weekly Join CCARC and make a meaningful difference in the lives of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a day program setting.  As a DSP, you’ll provide hands-on support while helping individuals live safely, independently, and with dignity. Schedule: * Monday - Friday 7:30a - 3:30pm  RESPONSIBILITIES: * Support individuals with daily living skills, personal care, and community activities * Assist with meals, medications, hygiene, and household routines * Encourage independence, confidence, and social engagement * Transport individuals to appointments, outings, and recreational activities * Maintain documentation and communicate with team members and families * Help create a safe, positive, and supportive home environment QUALIFICATIONS: * High School Diploma or GED * Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation * Ability to complete required trainings (CPR, PMT, Medication Certification, etc.) * Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset WHY JOIN CCARC? * Meaningful and rewarding work * Consistent full-time overnight schedule * Paid training and certification opportunities * Supportive team environment * Opportunity to positively impact lives every day No experience?
