Creed Medical is looking for compassionate and motivated Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to provide essential care and support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a DSP, you will play a key role in assisting clients with daily living activities, encouraging independence, and promoting community integration. This rewarding position requires a genuine commitment to enhancing the lives of those served and fostering a nurturing and positive environment. Responsibilities Assist individuals with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Support clients in participating in community activities and social events. Implement and follow individualized care plans and document progress. Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times. Collaborate with families, healthcare professionals, and team members to provide comprehensive support. Maintain accurate records and report any concerns or changes promptly. High school diploma or equivalent. Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred but not required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain after hiring. Flexible Schedule.
