Creed Medical is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them to achieve greater independence and improve their quality of life. You will assist with daily living activities, implement individualized support plans, and promote community inclusion. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care tasks, including hygiene, grooming, and meal preparation. Support individuals in developing life skills and achieving personal goals. Encourage and facilitate participation in social and community activities. Document client progress and report any changes in health or behavior. Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment. Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to provide quality care. High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in direct support or caregiving preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
