Creed Medical is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to provide exceptional care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a DSP, you will assist clients with daily living activities, promote independence, and foster community integration. You will work closely with individuals and their families to implement personalized care plans and ensure a safe, supportive environment. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference while being part of a supportive and collaborative team. Key Responsibilities Assist individuals with personal care, hygiene, meal preparation, and other daily living activities. Support clients in developing life skills and participating in community activities. Follow individualized care plans and document progress accurately. Maintain a safe and clean environment for individuals. Communicate effectively with team members, families, and healthcare professionals. Provide emotional support and encouragement to clients. High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior experience in direct support or caregiving preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain. Flexible Schedule.
