Creed Medical is seeking motivated and compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join our team. The DSP role involves providing support and care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them with daily living activities and promoting their independence. As a member of our team, you will work closely with clients to enhance their quality of life by assisting with personal care needs, facilitating community involvement, and fostering skill development. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others while working in a supportive environment. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Support the implementation of individualized care plans designed to meet the unique needs of each client. Encourage and facilitate community integration and social participation. Monitor and document client progress and communicate any concerns to the care team. Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients at all times. Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience in caregiving or direct support is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain upon hire. Flexible Schedule.
