Creed Medical is looking for caring and dependable individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSP). In this role, you will provide essential assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them with daily living tasks and promoting their independence. You will be instrumental in supporting our clients to lead meaningful and fulfilling lives through personalized care and community integration. Responsibilities Assist individuals with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Support clients with meal preparation, medication reminders, and daily routines. Encourage participation in community activities and social events. Document and report client progress and any changes in condition. Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for clients. Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in direct support or caregiving preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain after hire. Flexible Schedule.
