Description The Arc Western Montana is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to engage in meaningful activities for adults with developmental disabilities in our fun and structured day program setting. As a DSP, you'll be the heart of our day program. Guide small groups through a variety of enriching activities such as puzzles, arts and crafts, gardening, community outings, Friday movie days, and more. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on creativity, enjoys being on their feet, and brings a positive, encouraging presence into every interaction. Requirements What We're Looking For Upbeat and creative Dependable and able to maintain consistent attendance Must be at least 17 years old Must pass a background check and drug screening (required by Montana law) Comfortable using basic English and electronic communication tools Clear driving record for at least the last 3 years and 3 years of driving experience Previous experience with adults or children in group or activity settings is a plus — but not required
