As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will support our persons served with activities that focus on increasing their independence. As a Direct Support Professional, you will work with the person served to provide coaching, supervision, and role modeling life skills. The job may also include transportation, medication administration, meal preparation, /or and assistance with personal cares. Qualifications WHAT WE LOOK FOR: Employees must be at least 18 years of age per Oregon State Administrative Rules Prefer experience working with persons with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
