Pathway Homes is currently a seeking full-time, highly compassionate and motivated individuals to join our Assisted Living Facility (ALF) team in Fairfax. We have a dynamic interdisciplinary team providing services for adults with mental illness. We believe in recovery and provide a supportive environment that fosters teamwork and professional growth.

• Providing direct supervision and assistance to residents.
• Assisting with implementing and monitoring residents’ individual service plans.
• Collaborating with other staff members to ensure residents’ needs are met.
• Monitoring and reporting any maintenance, health, fire and safety issues.
• Learning to document residents’ behavior and progress in the clinical record in accordance with DSS, DMAS, CARF, and Pathway Homes’ standards.
• Assisting individuals with self-administration of medications as needed.
• Performing some administrative duties, such as scanning and filing.
  This is an awake overnight position.
  Required qualifications include High School diploma or equivalent. Experience in the human services field and an ability to partner effectively with people with mental illness.
  Compensation is $17/hour
