Support Services of Virginia is currently recruiting Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Lynchburg to support individuals with developmental disabilities in residential and community-based programs. As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide person-centered support that helps individuals pursue their goals, participate in their communities, and maintain a balance between what is important to them and what is important for them. SCHEDULE & WORK ENVIRONMENT Support Services of Virginia provides services around the clock and is hiring for day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts. Direct Support Professionals are expected to work a minimum of two weekend shifts each month as part of their regular schedule. Whether supporting individuals at home or in the community, your work helps improve quality of life and promote independence. Virtual interviews and training are available through Zoom.
