Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour 10 Paid Holidays 18 PTO Days + 2 Personal Days Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Short-Term Disability, Accident, Critical Illness, Life & AD&D Coverage Health Savings Account (HSA) & Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Tuition Reimbursement 403(b) Retirement Plan Multiple schedules available: Morning, Afternoon, and Night shifts Requirements What You’ll Do As a Caregiver / Resident Aide, you will: Provide hands-on assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, meals, and mobility Encourage independence through meaningful engagement and daily routines Follow individualized care plans to ensure safety, dignity, and quality of life Support community outings and appointments Complete required documentation accurately and timely Work collaboratively with a dedicated, mission-driven team What We’re Looking For High School Diploma or GED Valid Florida Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record At least one year of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written) Strong understanding of cognitive, social, and physical support needs Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and provide hands-on assistance Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented Additional Requirements Must pass a Level II Background Check and Drug Screening Parc is a Drug-Free Workplace Ability to obtain and maintain CPR, First Aid, and Parc-approved behavior support certifications (training provided) Completion and maintenance of Professional Crisis Management (PCM) certification Screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse (Learn more at info.flclearinghouse.com) Ready to Make a Difference?
