Description Summary of Position: This position is vital to the company’s mission and as such requires a high level of commitment and attention to detail. The position is responsible for assisting all County Manager duties for their specific county, and making sure to assist County Managers and ensure they are in compliance with state and federal regulations along with other duties listed below. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: All of these Duties/Responsibilities are for assisting and will be requested as needed. The DSP County Manager will be the lead to all of these Duties/Responsibilities: Assisting County Managers with DSPs Interviewing and Hiring DSP’s Obtaining Credentials; ODL, Auto Ins, CPR After onboarding if credentials are not obtainable Running background checks on new DSP’s Handling Renewals Intakes/Onboarding with Customer/Families In Person Enter Customer/Parent into The HUB Meet and greets in person if needed Orientation/ISP Training with all DSPs for each new customer they will support if needed Provide customer service support over the phone and in person Reference Checks-Personal and/or Professional for DSPs Maintaining accurate employee records Customer Facing Setting up and help with scheduling of Events for your county if needed Entering contracts into The HUB Compose and distribute county emails/Coordinate as needed for Case managers, DSP’s,customers/families, & within Impact Quarterly Reports for customers if needed Filling in if County Managers are out of town and/or unavailable Can help reschedule appointments or move times around if needed Safety Plans and Protocols Other duties as assigned Requirements Job requirements: Must be 18 years or older Have a valid driver's license or state ID card Valid auto insurance Smartphone or personal computer The ability to pass a criminal history background check CPR Certification
