POSITION SUMMARY

The Part-Time Program Coordinator – Home Care & DDA is responsible for overseeing the delivery of both home care and DDA services in compliance with COMAR and Maryland home care regulations. This role focuses on ensuring high-quality, person-centered care, coordinating schedules, and maintaining communication between clients, families, caregivers, and service providers.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, public administration, nursing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in home care, developmental disabilities, or related program coordination.
• Knowledge of COMAR
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.

• Oversee daily coordination for part-time home care and DDA services.
• Ensure compliance with COMAR
• Assist in developing and updating program procedures and protocols.
