Position Summary As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in group homes or apartments. You’ll assist with daily living skills, community inclusion, and personal growth—helping individuals gain independence while ensuring their health, safety, and well-being. This role is ideal for compassionate professionals with experience in caregiving, human services, behavioral health, education, or healthcare—or those looking to grow a long-term career in the DD/IDD field.
