We’re looking for a caring and dedicated Community Respite Worker to join our team and provide essential support to individuals with a variety of challenges. As a Community Respite Worker, you will play a key part in assisting individuals with daily living activities, promoting social and communication skills, and encouraging active community engagement. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to implement personalized care plans that align with each person’s unique goals and needs, while upholding high standards of quality, service excellence, and ethical care. Knowledge of human development, learning, behavior analysis, positive behavior support, collaborative consultation, and abnormal psychology. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Ability to adjust to different environments. Valid driver’s license, ability to drive, and means of consistent transportation.
