Overview Pay: $21.00/hour Sign-On Bonus: $1000 The Seven Hills Foundation is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional I - Individual Supports to join our team. This role involves teaching life management skills, offering personal assistance, and supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals in a safe, respectful environment. Opportunities for professional development and growth. Responsibilities Provide hands-on support with daily activities, including personal care, cooking, shopping, and managing errands. Foster positive social skills, model healthy behavior, and ensure the participant’s overall well-being. Implement individualized support plans and assist with physical lifting and therapeutic holds as needed. Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and the individuals you support. Ensure the safety and health of the participant, including following medical instructions and monitoring dietary needs. Encourage community involvement and assist in building new relationships. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations. Participate in training, certifications, and professional development to improve service delivery. Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or HiSET required. Valid standard driver’s license (Class C or D). Must have own vehicle and provide proof of motor vehicle insurance. CPR/First Aid certification preferred. Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
