As we continue to grow, we’re excited to add Residential Counselors to our team! About the Role: As a Residential Counselor, you’ll help students build essential life skills and experience success—sometimes for the first time. You’ll be a steady, compassionate presence who helps create a safe, structured home environment where students can learn, connect, and grow. Responsibilities What You’ll Do: Support students’ daily routines, personal care, and independent living skills. Help implement individualized education and life plans (IEPs and ILPs). Encourage positive behavior through consistency, empathy, and teamwork. Facilitate and participate in engaging, therapeutic activities tailored to each student’s abilities. Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings and training. Work Schedule (Multiple Options): Front-End Week: Sunday 7:00am–10:00pm, Monday–Wednesday 2:00pm–10:00pm Back-End Week: Wednesday–Friday 2:00pm–10:00pm, Saturday 7:00am–10:00pm Front-End and Back-End Overnights: (Sunday–Wednesday 9:45pm–7:15am, or Wednesday–Saturday 9:45pm–7:15am) Day Shifts: Monday–Friday 7:00am–3:00pm (ask during your intro call) Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old. High school diploma or equivalent. Comfortable supporting individuals with significant needs and behaviors. Able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the day. Active and valid driver’s license.
