Support individuals with disabilities in their own homes and as they go throughout their day living in the Cheyenne community. Teach and support daily living skills to individuals at different functioning levels. We offer pay of at least $15 per hour and an additional weekend differential of $2/hour more, company owned newer vehicles to drive, paid time off immediately, 6 paid holidays per year plus 2 floating holidays to use whenever you want. Vision, Dental, Teledoc, Behavioral Health services, Aflac, Identity protection, retirement plan (several free to employees) We offer credentialing through the National Alliance for Direct Support Professionals (NADSP)! You can advance your career and salary by going through the credentialing process to become a DSP-I, DSP-II, and DSP-III. Flexible shifts available including evenings, weekends and overnights. We can work around school and personal schedules. Full and part time positions available. Must have an insurable driving record and pass a DCI background check if offered a position.
