There will be chores: * Your work will directly improve the quality of life for the Individuals you support. You will learn techniques to help them have positive interactions with others and reach their goals. You will assist Individuals with their personal needs (e.g., hygiene matters like baths/showers, changing clothes/adult briefs, teeth brushing, medication reminders, etc.) and with social needs (e.g., prepare meals, clean, and engage with them through exercise/movement, games and/or transporting them in your, or company, vehicle to community activities, etc.). * You will also keep accurate progress notes and proactively communicate information with your team about the Individuals’ needs – taking care of them like you would with your own family. There will be chats, C.A.R.E., & cheers: * You will participate in all required training, team, and company meetings to build your knowledge, skills, and abilities to grow in the family. We like to promote from within our own house! * You will take ownership of your own behaviors, and help coach others over time, in how to effectively demonstrate the company’s C.A.R.E. values (compassion, adaptability, respect, and empowerment). * You will receive ongoing coaching and performance feedback and be recognized for your personal and team contributions in addition to demonstrating the C.A.R.E. values. Responsibilities

Provide direct support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities by assisting with personal hygiene, medication reminders, and daily routines. Facilitate community integration through transportation and engagement in recreational activities while maintaining accurate progress notes.
