Direct Support Professional Description Now Hiring: Gardeners, Gamers, and Craft Experts! Love helping others? Put your skills to work as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in daily living, personal care, and community activities. What You’ll Do: Assist with personal care, meals, and medication. Teach life skills like money management and social interaction. Ensure safety, provide support, and complete documentation. Drive individuals to activities, medical appointments, and other outings using agency vehicles. What You Bring: Experience in care or customer service (preferred). Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to complete training and certifications. A valid driver’s license; bilingual or ASL skills a plus. The Fine Print: Must be able to lift 25+ lbs and assist with physical care. Comfortable using electronic devices and performing household tasks.
