You’ll help individuals with daily routines, personal care, social activities, and more, helping them live with dignity, independence, and joy. A Typical Day Might Include: Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, meals, as needed) Encouraging independence and community involvement Supporting health needs and appointments Helping with household tasks Building strong, trusting relationships Keeping clear, accurate documentation Create a safe, positive, encouraging atmosphere What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent (experience in similar settings a plus!)
