Documentation: Keep accurate records of progress and maintain a safe, positive environment. What We’re Looking For Bilingual Spanish is a must. High School Diploma or GED. A valid CA Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and auto insurance. Ability to pass a background check (Live Scan), TB test and physical testing. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to get certified upon hire). A compassionate, proactive, and "solution-focused" mindset.
