Position Details Pay: Starting at $17.00 Status: Part-time; consistent, set schedules Location: St. Augustine, Florida, St. Johns County Schedule Availability (choose one) Weekday Evenings: Two 3p–11p shifts (16 hours/week), Monday–Friday Weekends: 16 hours/week in either 10a–6p or 3p–11p (typically two 8-hour weekend shifts) Key Responsibilities Implement individualized support plans; promote person-centered goals and community inclusion Provide respectful assistance with activities of daily living (hygiene, meals, mobility) Support communication, skill-building, and meaningful daily routines Document services accurately; communicate observations to the team Maintain a safe, caring, professional home environment; follow HIPAA and agency policies Ideal Candidate Professional, calm, and compassionate—especially during challenging moments Reliable and punctual; honors assigned schedule blocks Great fit for students Willing to learn behavior-support strategies (training provided) Physically able to perform essential duties; able to lift/assist as needed Strong written/verbal communication and teamwork skills Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Ability to pass background checks and drug screening Valid FL driver’s license and acceptable driving record preferred CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain—we train!)
