Stetson School, an affiliate of Seven Hills Foundation, is a residential treatment program serving youth with trauma related complex behaviors. We are seeking a Residential Supervisor for second shift to provide leadership and support to direct care staff while fostering a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment for students. This role promotes consistency, structure, and therapeutic engagement while ensuring treatment goals and program expectations are upheld. Supervise, lead, and guide direct care staff during assigned shifts Support a therapeutic team focused on individualized treatment goals Engage with students to promote a positive and healing community Use treatment goals to support healthy life skills and normative child and adolescent development Serve as a positive role model for students and staff Ensure daily routines, safety standards, and program expectations are followed Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding student care and staff performance Qualifications Required Minimum of two years of residential care experience Prior supervisory experience High School Diploma, GED, HiSET, or equivalent Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including participation in CPI physical restraint with or without reasonable accommodation Willingness to successfully complete all required trainings, including Crisis Prevention Institute
