Responsibilities

The supervisor will lead and support a shift of Direct Support Professional staff while maintaining a safe, therapeutic treatment milieu for youth with complex medical and behavioral needs. This includes coaching staff, monitoring programming, intervening proactively, documenting care, and ensuring daily operational support.
