We’re looking for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support children and teens (ages 12–21) with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our residential program. You’ll rely on your reading, writing, and communication skills to document care, follow support plans, and collaborate with both internal and external team members. Qualifications Valid driver's license required 6 months of professional work experience supporting vulnerable populations required (ex. caregiver, nanny, paraeducator, direct support professional, etc.) 6 months of volunteer experience may be used in leui of professional work experience.
