We’re looking for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support children and teens (ages 12–21) with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our residential program. Must be 21 years of age or older per Washington state licensing requirements High School Diploma or GED Good communication is key in this role. You’ll rely on your reading, writing, and communication skills to document care, follow support plans, and collaborate with both internal and external team members.
