Position: Awake Overnight Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Status: Full-Time | Various Locations Available

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide overnight care, supervision, and support in a residential setting.
  • Assist with personal needs such as bathing, grooming, dressing, or repositioning.
  • Monitor the health and well-being of individuals and respond to concerns or emergencies.
  • Document overnight activity and any incidents using Therap (training provided).
  • Maintain a calm, clean, and safe environment where individuals feel secure and respected.
