Direct Support Professional (DSP) - 1st shift $500 sign on bonus Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) work in our group residential homes with our adult clients that have developmental disabilities. DSPs are an important part of our team and support our clients in developing a predictable routine and daily structure. As a DSP you will work with our clients, their families and other service providers to promote independence, develop daily living skills, provide direct care and administer medication if you have your CRMA. You will assist with housekeeping, personal hygiene, transportation, meal prep, grocery shopping, and take clients into the community for outings. We are looking for compassionate and caring people with a sense of humor and dedication to join our team. This is a wonderful job for college students or anyone requiring a flexible schedule. Requirements: · Education- High School diploma or GED · Must have strong Communication and computer skills · Certification: Must obtain or have an existing DSP Provisional Certificate and Certified Residential Medication Aide Certificate CCRMA).
