Overview: Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) work in our group residential homes with our adult clients that have developmental disabilities. DSPs are an important part of our team and support our clients in developing a predictable routine and daily structure. As a DSP you will work with our clients, their families and other service providers to promote independence, develop daily living skills, provide direct care and administer medication if you have your CRMA. You will assist with housekeeping, personal hygiene, transportation, meal prep, grocery shopping, and take clients into the community for outings. Requirements: · Education- High School diploma or GED · Must have strong Communication and computer skills · Certification: Must obtain or have an existing DSP Provisional Certificate and Certified Residential Medication Aide Certificate CCRMA).
