RSI is currently looking for employees who want to grow and expand in their professional career as a DSC (Direct Supports Coordinator). This is a great way to use your experience and gain leadership skills!
DSC’s are the shift leaders, responsible for providing supervision and support for the employees and the individuals living in the home. (Please see attached job description for more details).
Qualified applicants should have demonstrated good judgment and leadership skills, previous experience in the I/DD field and a valid driver’s license, along with a safe driving record.

Schedules available:
1) Wed.-Sat. (Wed. 12:30-10:30pm, Thurs. 2:30-10:30pm, Fri. 12:30-9:30pm, and Sat. 8am-9pm)
2) Sun.-Wed. (Sun. 8am-9pm, Mon. 2-10pm, Tues. 2:30-9:30, Wed. 2-10:30pm)
The pay range for this position is $16.50- $18.50/hour
